Kaveri Ponnappa

Ms Kaveri is a dynamic entrepreneur who has spread her wings across professions. She heads the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team at VCAS. From starting a placement agency “Kaveri Consultancy” to heading the team at VCAS, she has
come a long way. She has worked both in India and Middle-East countries, for 18 years.
She owns “Kaveri Atelier” in Madikeri, a one stop shop for innovative products and leading retailer of various designer Indoor Plants, Decorative Ceramic Pots, Fancy Terracotta pots and Wall Hangings adequately supplying to customer base Pan
India.
She is also involved in projects where technology meets politics called “Smart Netha”. It engages youth to be part of politics through smart campaigns.
M. S. Bandasala
B. Com., M.B.A(Finance)
Mr Bandasala is a Senior Accountant with more than 22 years of experience in Accounts and Finance. He has joined the team as Chief Consultant – Accounts, Audit & Tax. He has had working experience in India and Middle East countries. He has worked with Big 4 for Audit of Financial reports. He has rendered his service in construction, Banking and Customer service sector. He has also been involved in
setting up and directing Accounts Department, System Reviews, Financial reporting and Analysis for companies. His expertise includes IFRS, IAS, AS, Forex Trading, Tax preparations, Automated General Ledger Accounting Systems, Audit Management and training of staff.
