We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee and implement HR strategies and practices. The role requires monitoring employee productivity, structuring benefits, improving staff-employer relations, and overseeing recruitment and training efforts

- Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent
- Work Experience: Talent management, performance management, HRIS knowledge, and HR strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving employee productivity and staff wellness initiatives.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- Building and maintaining strong relations between staff and employers.
- Evaluating staffing needs and recommending appropriate training.
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding efforts.
- Engaging with staff to improve overall engagement and retention.
Requirements and Skills
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Proven expertise in talent and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
