Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus)

Industry: Human Resources (Non-IT Recruitment)

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source the best talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Experience in non-IT recruitment across diverse industries will be highly preferred.  

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
  • Source candidates proactively through databases, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) to assess suitability
  • Schedule interviews with internal teams and gather structured feedback
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities
  • Generate and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with stakeholders

Skills Required

  • Fluent in English 
  •   Experience in non-IT recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS management  
  •   Good organizational and time-management skills
