Job Description
We are hiring for a reputed manufacturing company specializing in furniture, woodworking, and sheet metal products. We are looking for dynamic Industrial/Production Engineers to join their team at the Hejjala unit. This is an exciting opportunity for junior engineers with hands-on production experience and a passion for process optimization.
Responsibilities

Conduct time & motion studies to optimize workflow and eliminate inefficiencies.

Design production processes aimed at reducing waste and maximizing output.
- Develop and implement continuous process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Create production standards and develop SOPs

Design factory layout and workstation plans using AutoCAD
- Maintain process documentation and generate production performance reports
Skills Required
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.

2–3 years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities
