Job Description
We are hiring for a leading bus AC manufacturing multi-national company. We are looking for a Regional Manager – Service Delivery to lead and enhance the company’s after-sales service operations across India.
Responsibilities

Oversee nationwide after-sales service delivery and dealer support.
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical resolutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and improve service processes and customer care initiatives.
- Lead dealer engagement and network expansion activities.
- Implement after-sales revenue strategies and training programs.
- Drive KPI targets related to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Submit performance reports and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S and ethical standards.
Skills Required
- 5–6 years of experience in after-sales service (automobile industry).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and service delivery best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
