Job Description

We are hiring for a leading bus AC manufacturing multi-national company. We are looking for a Regional Manager – Service Delivery to lead and enhance the company’s after-sales service operations across India.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee nationwide after-sales service delivery and dealer support. 
  • Handle customer complaints and provide technical resolutions.
  • Deploy, monitor, and improve service processes and customer care initiatives.
  • Lead dealer engagement and network expansion activities.
  • Implement after-sales revenue strategies and training programs.
  • Drive KPI targets related to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Submit performance reports and implement long-term solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S and ethical standards.

Skills Required

  • 5–6 years of experience in after-sales service (automobile industry).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Technical problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and service delivery best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
